Avoir un travail décent de nos jours est perçu comme l’un des plus grands défis de ce millénaire. A ce titre, l’organisation internationale du travail estime à environ 15% le taux de chômage dans le monde en 2021. Nul doute que la crise du Covid 19 ait participé à renforcer ces chiffres.
La VKII-BW e.V. a bien voulu résorber ces statistiques en apportant un minimum de connaissances aux jeunes chercheurs d’emplois. Ces connaissances leurs ont été proposées à travers le workshop « Décrocher le job de ses rêves« , qui s’est tenu durant le moi de Mai 2021. A la fin ils ont été mieux outillé à l’exercise de l’interview en devenant alors des « As des interviews « . Il était donc question pour nous de proposer de meilleures solutions à ces jeunes à la quête d’un emploi.
Les Objectifs
Le but du workshop « Décrocher le job de ses rêves » était d’offrir une préparation complète sur différents modules d’interviews aux personnes désireuses de trouver un emploi. Ceci afin de leur permettre d’avoir tous les outils nécessaires pour réussir l’entretien d’embauche et surtout obtenir le poste convoité.
Le Formateur
L’expérience du formateur dans son domaine a été mise à contribution. Il s’agit ici de Constantin FAHOM, ingénieur Biotechnique. Cette une discipline se rapproche de la médecine, où il obtiendra un Bachelor, ensuite un Master. Après avoir voyagé dans plus de 65 pays dans le monde, il traîne avec lui une très grande expérience dans divers poste en entreprise tels que spécialiste d’applications, chef de projet, gestion de qualité, gestion des projets, marketing et Business développeur. Les Modules du Workshop
Avec l’expérience de nos équipes et particulièrement celle de Constantin FAHOM, nous avons souligné les points qui reviennent lors des entretiens d’embauche. Il s’agit notamment de :
- La personnalité : Nous avons entretenu les participants sur les points d’interview liés à la personne et sur comment bien se vendre.
- La Motivation : Nous sommes revenus sur les éléments clés de l’entreprise et avons aidé les candidats à trouver leurs motivations par rapport au poste sollicité.
- L’expérience : Une rubrique cruciale lors de tout entretien. Nous avons apporté les astuces aux participants pour mieux aborder les questions qui y sont liées.
- Les compétences : Nous avons mis à la disposition des participants tous les contours relatifs aux compétences.
- Avenir et Ambitions : Cette partie relévait l’importance d’avoir un plan de carrière ou encore comment maximiser sa productivité, ainsi que d’autres questions relatives à l’avenir.
Il était donc question de mettre les participants à la fin de ce workshop dans le bain des interviews en parcourant les questions les plus récurrentes lors des entretiens.
La Participation
Le workshop « Décrocher le job de ses rêves » s’est déroulé en ligne sur zoom. Il fallait prévoir 29€ pour chacun des 05 modules. Un rabais de 10% était offert à ceux ayant choisi de payer le pack complet des 05 modules. L’avantage revenait aux membres de la VKII, car pour ceuxs-ci les cinq modules s’offraient au prix de trois.
